Team J News Issue 6 - George jumps on to National Squad!

George Johnson of Nelson NSW has been named on the EFA National Young Rider Showjumping Squad for 2006.

Twenty one year old George, who is currently completing his Diploma of Horse Industry Management at the Richmond TAFE, is one of only five NSW riders who have been named on the Squad. Other NSW riders are Emily Blinkworth, Jamie Grant, Aaron Hadlow and Lauren Hartog.

This award is recognition of George's excellent performances on his two horses Ozbred and Pocket Rocket throughout the year and will give him access to National Squad training and promotion initiatives.
