Team J News Issue 12- Team J riders excell at Oakville event!

Oakville Equestrian Centre ran another wonderful day of showjumping competition on Sunday 22nd October and Team J riders performed with distinction!

George rode Sam in the 80 & 90cm events for clear rounds and was delighted with the performance of Amy Kerr's promising D grader Jocken, who was 3rd in the 1.05m event. Amy was on hand to watch Jocken's great jumping.

Amy rode Shanty for 2 placings in the 60 & 70cm, and Snobby for 2 placings in the 1.00 & 1.005m events. A great performance. Murray rode Prince in the 60 & 70cm events for four clean rounds- great jumping Murray.

Andrea and Max are improving all the time and jumped 4 great rounds in the 1.00m & 1.05m to be just out of the placings.

Jessie has a new mount, the attractive grey Ryan, and their performance in the 80 & 90s was very promising.Her other mount Reebok was fast in the 70s jump off but had 4 faults to be out of the prizemoney.

Helen and Oomy were stylish to finish 2nd in the 1.00m and while Mark and Toby jumped well, they were out of the money. He an and Sue are off to Los Vegas for a weeks holiday which is a great consolation.
